The bt_vid cookie (up to one year) provides a pseudonymous browser identifier for staff audience reports. We store public network IP addresses and approximate country, region and city with page views, using server-side geolocation through ipwho.is. Periodic requests measure foreground page time, paused when the page is hidden, to report visit duration by country and city. These are not GPS locations or verified identities. Session storage may retain random form-attempt identifiers for matching starts with outcomes, without storing form answers. Reports also cover browser, device and OS categories, traffic sources, fixed-label form activity and video playback. Reports and grouped IP observations are restricted to authenticated staff. Reject optional cookies stops future collection, including IP/location and duration tracking; it does not delete previously collected reports.
