We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Website Audience Measurement
Our first-party audience reports use a pseudonymous browser identifier to count page views, estimated visits, browser and operating-system categories, device types, traffic sources and campaigns. We store the public network IP address reported by our hosting proxy and approximate country, region and city with new page views. The IP is sent server-side to the IPWHOIS service (ipwho.is) for approximate geolocation; this is not GPS and may reflect a VPN or network provider instead of your actual location. Periodic and page-exit requests report cumulative time while a page is visible, excluding hidden tabs and long timer suspensions. Staff reports group this foreground time by country and city; it is not proof of active attention. Fixed-label events record when public forms are started, submitted, acknowledged or show an error, and when videos play, reach viewing milestones or end. We do not copy typed form values, uploaded files, names, emails, phone numbers, passwords or message contents into these analytics events. Random form-attempt identifiers may be kept in session storage to match an attempt with its outcome. Browser identifiers and IP addresses do not verify a person's identity; device detection cannot reliably distinguish laptops from desktops. Only authenticated staff can access the reports, including grouped IP/location observations, without individual browsing trails in the dashboard. You can stop future audience measurement through Reject optional cookies on our Cookie Policy page. Existing collected reports are not deleted by changing that choice.
